Pricing questions, answered
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 7 days, no credit card. You get every feature on smaller limits: 5 quotes sent, 25 form submissions, 100 leads and 3 users. Nothing is charged automatically; when the trial ends you choose a plan to carry on, and your data is waiting for you when you do.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. We'll credit unused time.
How does billing work?
We invoice in EUR. Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month. Annual plans are invoiced once upfront. You'll receive a PDF invoice for every payment.
What's the benefit of annual billing?
Choosing annual billing gives you 2 months free — effectively 16.7% off versus month-to-month. You can pay by bank transfer or card.
What counts as a user?
A user is anyone who can sign into your Zinevu workspace — office staff, field engineers, and managers all count. End customers in your CRM do not count.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
No setup fees on Starter or Pro. Scale customers get a dedicated onboarding programme included in the contract.
